    1. Call-Out Fee:
      A non-refundable call-out fee of $50 applies to all service visits, ensuring our availability and commitment to your appointment.

      A $150 diagnostic fee is charged for evaluating and identifying issues. If repairs are approved, this fee will be applied toward the first hour of labor.

      Costs for parts and materials are not included in the labor or diagnostic fees and will be itemized separately on your invoice.

  • Your safety on the road is our top priority. To ensure every wheel we work on meets safety standards, our technicians strictly follow these guidelines: lug nuts are hand-tightened add secured to manufacturer-specified torque using a calibrated torque wrench. A second inspection ensures proper installation, and stability is verified through testing before returning the vehicle.

    • Scheduling:
      Appointments can be scheduled online or over the phone. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon booking.

    • Cancellations and Rescheduling:
      Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

    • Late Arrivals:
      If our team arrives later than the scheduled window due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and work to minimize any inconvenience.

    • Personal Information:
      Customer information is collected solely for scheduling, billing, and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.

    • Secure Payments:
      All transactions are processed through secure systems to protect your payment information.
